RETURNS

ONLINE RETURNS ONLY: We are happy to return or exchange regular priced merchandise within seven days of obtaining your product. Contact Saffron Road by email, hello@saffronroad.ca, if you wish to return or exchange an item/order. A refund in the original form of payment will be provided once the merchandise has arrived at our facilities.

IN-STORE RETURNS ONLY: Regular priced merchandise can be returned within seven days for exchange or in-store credit.

ALL RETURNS Please Note:

• ALL SALE items are a FINAL SALE.
• Returned products must not be washed or worn and must have the original tags still attached.
• Shipping and handling on returned/exchanged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer and is not eligible for a refund.

RETURNS OUTSIDE OF CANADA

We offer the same return policy, as written above, to our international customers. When returning merchandise to Canada, clearly state RETURN OF MERCHANDISE, when filling out the shipping paperwork. Contact us at hello@saffronroad.ca for further help or instructions. 

 

SHIPPING

 

We offer free Canada-Wide shipping for all regular priced orders over $350 (before tax). Other orders will be charged a non-refundable shipping fee.
